Well seasoned....sometimes these chefs cook with wine and some times they put it in the dish.......
Seafood Pasta..fresh lobst'a tails, shrimp, scallops, clams & spices over pasta...the seafood was brought down from New Brunswick Canada by Rod & Huguette...
Don has a special Halibut dish ..Rod says, "Just right"...
Nanny Nancy, Gladys & Ivan make a toast & give a thumbs up on the great meal....
After dinner Nancy & Gladys wonder whats next.
The chef & staff relax with a little wine....
Nan can't stop raving about her dinner .........
