Nancy & I spent the weekend down at the Myakka River State Park...I took a run down the river alone...there were too many alligators for Nancy's liking!
Here are some shots of the wildlife and scenery.

Also on the hunt.......

This was a short one of maybe 5-6/ft...

More shore birds.....
River view and beautiful sky...

The sign didn't mention not touching the gators...I will have to remember Fla State Law 372.667

Now this was a Big Gator...it's mouth is open to cool it self down we were told...

There were 3 of these big ones .....that I could see sunning together at this spot.....

On Friday Nancy & I kayaked on the Bradenton River where flows to meet the Myakka River and then enter the Gulf.
